I enjoy both.
Start my morning with a cup of coffee and sit down in the evening to relax with a nice cup of tea.

Ohhhh my. YES TO BOTH, lovelightpeace. Just like you, I usually balance out--coffee in the morning, tea in the evening. I didn't drink coffee nearly as much as I do now, until I started grad school. Now it's become a welcome ritual.

LOVE this.... I am a tea person. If I am siting down with my cards or getting my day started, I want to do the whole thing. Black tea in a teapot with a fancy tea cup. Sugar, cream the whole thing. If I am out and about running errands then I like having iced green tea. At night I like a cup of lavender tea.

I like both but am real picky on both too lol
Coffee with fresh ground beans and in the French press. So strong so delicious. Tea strong with cream, I'll try it all. It's a new intrest, I didn't think I much liked tea but now days its lots of water, cup of coffee and occasional cup of tea. I'm trying to clean up my eating habits so tea is good one!

I'm so addicted to Coke Zero. I keep trying to get off the stuff, but I keep coming back to it. I don't like coffee, I could never get into it.

I will drink a Caramel Coffee once a year though lol LadyLuna When you have your once a year coffee, does it have you full of energy and bouncing off of the walls, LadyLuna? Ohhhh my. YES TO BOTH, lovelightpeace . Just like you, I usually balance out--coffee in the morning, tea in the evening. I didn't drink coffee nearly as much as I do now, until I started grad school. Now it's become a welcome ritual. Ah yes electrocutions! The good old coffee ritual that comes along with intense studies, motherhood / fatherhood, etc...or a plain old love for coffee. I didn't drink coffee until I had children and a serious lack of sleep. LOL My coffee drinking habits picked up again when I was working on my bachelors degree as well. Do you find that drinking coffee helps you with your studies, aside from being more alert?

If so, how much lavender? Tea person. Black, green, or herbal infusions. What black tea do you prefer, banbha? I haven't really found a black tea that I like as much as green tea or other herb teas, any recommendation you have is appreciated. Somehow I got problems with caffeine. There is no way I could sleep if I drink even just a cup of coffee But I just love decaff green tea Oh no, so sorry to hear that coffee will not let you sleep em. I wouldn't drink coffee either if that was the case! Green tea is wonderful, isn't it? I'm a tea person! Going to have one in a minute. 😇 Sent from my LG-D855 using Tapatalk What kind of tea did you have galadhwen?

I'm pretty picky about things myself, it's good to know that I'm in good company @jenn22211. I'm so addicted to Coke Zero. I keep trying to get off the stuff, but I keep coming back to it. I don't like coffee, I could never get into it. So nice to see you here andromedastarseed! I haven't tried Coke Zero, it has been a very long time since I have had any kind of pop (soda). Is Coke Zero low calorie, or no calorie?

I have a couple of coffees to wake up in the morning - with double cream and no sugar since Mrs 2dogs started researching what diets really work and the truth about cholesterol - maybe one after lunch but the rest is Earl Grey tea with goats milk if possible and bottled water .

One BIG coffee in the morning--equivalent to big cup of McDonalds coffee. I have a grinder n brew maker--so the coffee is nice and FRESH. I have tried to like tea, I WANT to like tea, but it just is not for me. And I have liked coffee since I was 6 years old! My mom used to make me coffee like people make Cambric or nursery tea: a little coffee, some sugar and LOTS of milk. It was the way to get me to drink my milk.
