I thought I was just a "coffee person" until this thread really made me think about it... While I have to have my 2 cups of coffee to function in the morning and visit Tim Horton's at every opportune moment, I drink Diet Snapple all day long, and love to treat myself to an Iced Chai Latte from Starbucks. Though, I would assume some of you tea drinkers may not consider Snapple and Chai Lattes as "tea". lol. And I wouldn't blame you at all for that line of thinking!

#lovelightpeace yes I use loos tea leaves. Actually I have a tea shop here near me that makes all of my tea for me. And they make the lavender one. It is very yummy. And normally I just put in one scoop of it per cup

I have a couple of coffees to wake up in the morning - with double cream and no sugar since Mrs 2dogs started researching what diets really work and the truth about cholesterol - maybe one after lunch but the rest is Earl Grey tea with goats milk if possible and bottled water . Coffee with cream for me too. I enjoy a Tulsi Earl Grey tea every once in a while. Which blend of Earl Grey do you like 2dogs ? One BIG coffee in the morning--equivalent to big cup of McDonalds coffee. I have a grinder n brew maker--so the coffee is nice and FRESH. I have tried to like tea, I WANT to like tea, but it just is not for me. And I have liked coffee since I was 6 years old! My mom used to make me coffee like people make Cambric or nursery tea: a little coffee, some sugar and LOTS of milk. It was the way to get me to drink my milk. barb Love a fresh cup of coffee! I did't start liking a variety of teas until about 10 years ago. I was having problems sleeping and decided to try a cup of the original blend of sleepy time tea. That moved me onto trying others. Before that I would only drink sweetened, green iced tea with a wedge of lemon once in a blue moon. You may still find one that you like ace . Ohhhh my. YES TO BOTH, lovelightpeace . Just like you, I usually balance out--coffee in the morning, tea in the evening. I didn't drink coffee nearly as much as I do now, until I started grad school. Now it's become a welcome ritual. Ah yes electrocutions ! The good old coffee ritual that comes along with intense studies, motherhood / fatherhood, etc...or a plain old love for coffee. I didn't drink coffee until I had children and a serious lack of sleep. LOL My coffee drinking habits picked up again when I was working on my bachelors degree as well. Do you find that drinking coffee helps you with your studies, aside from being more alert? Hahaha, oh gosh--everything that you've said, my dear--it is all so true! In terms of coffee helping with my studies, I've actually taken it as time away from working--a designated break, if you will (I'm thinking of all those fancy European cafes where people just sit and drink coffee for coffee's sake, enjoy themselves and nothing else, lol). If I can help it, I always give myself a duration of a cup's worth to pull myself together and then mull over anything that may be of concern, whether it is for studies or not--I meditate/reflect and do nothing else but enjoy my cup until it's done, and then off I go to put my nose to the grindstone! But yes, the time away from working while drinking helps me approach my work with more gusto. Coffee rituals are my body's sunrise, for sure.

Tea person. Black, green, or herbal infusions. What black tea do you prefer, banbha ? I haven't really found a black tea that I like as much as green tea or other herb teas, any recommendation you have is appreciated. I'm not overly picky with my Black teas as I don't drink them daily. I love Harney & Sons Paris Tea or a good Earl Grey. I spend more effort on buying and brewing my herbal infusions. I get those from Mountain Rose Herbs by the pound! I forgot to mention I LOVE Mate. Particularly in a mint chocolate mix: www.mountainroseherbs.com/products/mint-chocolate-mate/profile

I like both but am real picky on both too lol
Coffee with fresh ground beans and in the French press. So strong so delicious. Tea strong with cream, I'll try it all. It's a new intrest, I didn't think I much liked tea but now days its lots of water, cup of coffee and occasional cup of tea. I'm trying to clean up my eating habits so tea is good one! Fresh ground, French press...oh my, talk about wonderful coffee! Yes, tea can be a big help when changing habits. I'm pretty picky about things myself, it's good to know that I'm in good company @jenn22211. I'm so addicted to Coke Zero. I keep trying to get off the stuff, but I keep coming back to it. I don't like coffee, I could never get into it. So nice to see you here andromedastarseed ! I haven't tried Coke Zero, it has been a very long time since I have had any kind of pop (soda). Is Coke Zero low calorie, or no calorie? Coke Zero is like Diet Coke, but it's made with the original (classic) formula vs the new coke formula. It's really bad, I guess we all have vices.

Occasionally a green tea is nice too, the cheapest stuff can be bitter and loose tea worth having in this case, but again I don't do the full Tibetan thing and have it with yak butter that's been carried around for months in a yak skin bag - with the hair on the inside .

I don't think that I have ever had Snapple tea...can you tell that I don't get out much? LOL What flavor is the Snapple that you like Eeviee ? Snapple tea comes in a glass bottle premade. It's a mixture of green and black tea (or so the label says). I've been drinking their Diet Raspberry Tea (only 5 calories/bottle!), but I love their Peach Tea and Lemon Tea as well. =]

I love my morning coffee. The rest of my day just doesn't seem right without it. I enjoy tea as well but I don't drink it as much.

Coffee. All the coffee I do enjoy tea occasionally - herbals, green, red...but I can't stand black tea. I do love the idea of tea, the whole 'brewing in the teapot with china cup and saucer' thing though.

Green tea. I drink gallons of the stuff. arcanaxv Green tea...YUM! I am a big fan of green tea, myself. Hot, cold, room temp I'll drink it! Me too, lol! The place I work at has a this awesome Tea house shop in the building. It has like 20 different kinds of green tea. I'm working my way through ALL of them and they are all so delicious. Since it's summer now they also brew homemade ice teas and the ones made with green tea are AWESOME!

We are currently very tea heavy so
Just to help achieve a balance that a good tarot site should strive for
Coffee every time, espresso mostly sometimes latte,
But Malbec is better x
